• the postcodes you’re moving from and to
• details of your move: property type, size, preferred date, extra services and any notes

We don’t ask for payment details on this website.

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare your quote and, if you book with us, to arrange and carry out your move. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

We don’t sell your information or use it for marketing without your permission.

Who processes it

• Web3Forms delivers quote requests from the website to our inbox.
• Cloudflare hosts this website and may process technical data such as IP addresses to keep it secure and running.

Cookies

This website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. If you start a quote and leave, your answers may be kept in your browser’s session storage so you don’t lose them. They are cleared when you close the tab or send the request.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any resulting booking, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. To make a request, call us on 07920 277006. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
